21 Carats Game Terms and Conditions

The 21 Carats game is run by Aura Diamonds Pty Ltd (ABN 31 691 748 928) of Melbourne, Victoria ("Aura Diamonds", "we").

How it works

  • 21 Carats is a free-to-play game of chance offered on aura-diamonds.com.au. No purchase is required to play.
  • Players are dealt a hand against the Jeweller following standard blackjack rules. Aces count as 1 or 11 carats, picture cards count as 10, and all other cards count as their face value. The Jeweller draws to 17 and holds on 17 or above. A tie is treated as a win for the player.
  • Every player receives a promotional code after entering a valid email address. A winning hand receives a code for 10% off orders of $200 AUD or more. Any other hand receives a code for 5% off orders of $150 AUD or more.

Eligibility

  • Open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
  • One hand and one code per person and per email address. Multiple entries, multiple email addresses or automated play will result in codes being cancelled.

Codes

  • Codes are shown on screen once a valid email address is entered. Save your code, as it is not shown again.
  • Each code may be used once per customer, applies to the order subtotal before shipping, and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
  • Codes have no cash value, are not transferable and cannot be exchanged, refunded or applied to previous orders, gift cards or Package Protection.
  • Codes may not be published or shared on coupon or deal websites. Codes found circulating publicly will be deactivated.

General

  • By entering your email address you agree to receive marketing emails from Aura Diamonds. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  • The odds of a winning hand depend on the cards dealt and are the same for every player. Outcomes are generated randomly in your browser.
  • Aura Diamonds may modify, suspend or end the game, or deactivate codes, at any time without notice.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service also apply.
