Our master jewellers bring your approved design to life with IGI or GIA certified stones and your choice of silver, solid gold or platinum. You approve the final video of your finished piece before paying the balance.
Delivered to Your Door
After passing quality inspection, your piece is elegantly packaged and shipped via insured express delivery with tracking. Most pieces arrive within 2–3 weeks, some in as little as 12–15 days.

What can I design?
Custom engagement rings, wedding bands, earrings, necklaces, pendants, anklets and bracelets, from a simple tweak of an existing style to a fully original design.
What materials can I choose?
925 sterling silver, 9K–18K solid gold in white, yellow or rose, and platinum, set with IGI or GIA certified lab-grown diamonds, Aura Moissanite, or coloured gemstones, all ethically sourced.
How long does it take?
Once your design is confirmed and deposit received, most pieces are completed in 2–3 weeks, with some simpler designs ready in as little as 12–15 days. Express options are available for urgent dates.
Do I see the design before it's made?
Always. You'll receive a 3D CAD render to review from every angle, with adjustments made until it's exactly right. Nothing goes into production without your approval.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit begins the design and production process; the balance is payable once your piece is complete and you've approved the final video.
Can I return a custom piece?
Because each custom design is made uniquely for you, change-of-mind returns aren't available, but every piece is covered by our Manufacturing Warranty and your Australian Consumer Law rights, and we work closely with you at every step so you love the final result.
