You can choose from 925 Sterling Silver, 9K, 10K, 14K, or 18K Solid Gold in White, Yellow, or Rose finishes, as well as Platinum. For stones, we offer IGI/GIA Certified Lab-Grown Diamonds, Moissanites, and Coloured Gemstones, all ethically sourced and certified.

Once your design is confirmed and deposit received, most custom pieces are completed in 2–3 weeks, with express options available for urgent orders. Some simpler designs can be ready in as little as 12-15 days.

Yes! Before production, we’ll send you a 3D CAD render (computer-aided design) so you can visualise your piece from every angle. Adjustments can be made at this stage to ensure it’s exactly as you imagined.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to begin the design and production process. The remaining balance is paid upon completion (excluding fully prepaid orders).

After passing our rigorous Quality Assurance inspection, your custom piece will be carefully packaged and shipped via express delivery. You’ll receive a tracking number once dispatched.

Yes — all Aura Diamonds custom pieces come with a Manufacturing Warranty under the Australian Consumer Law covering craftsmanship and setting faults.

As each custom design is made uniquely for you, returns or exchanges aren’t available unless there’s a manufacturing fault. However, we’ll work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure you love the final result.
