How to Store Jewellery So It Never Scratches or Tarnishes

Most jewellery damage does not happen while it is worn. It happens in the drawer: pieces tangled together, diamonds scratching softer metals, silver tarnishing in open air. Ten minutes of setup prevents years of damage.

Rule one: separate every piece
