Can I pay in instalments?

Are your stones genuine?
Yes. Aura Moissanite is a genuine gemstone, selected for D-colour whiteness and VVS-grade clarity. Our lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds, independently graded by IGI. The exact stone, and whether the piece is IGI-Certified, is stated in each listing's specifications.
Is my piece covered by a warranty?
Every piece is backed by our manufacturing warranty, covering faults in materials and workmanship. This sits alongside your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which always apply.
How is my order delivered?
With insured, tracked delivery Australia-wide, so you can follow your piece door to door. Discreet packaging and Package Protection are available in your cart, and if you are working to a special date, add your deadline in the cart note and our team will do everything we can to make it happen.
What if something is not right when it arrives?
